Your SGR-guarantee

Our company is affiliated with Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden, or SGR. For your reference, our membership number is 3358. The trips published on this website fall within the regulations set out by SGR and are therefore covered by the SGR guarantee.

The guarantee gives you as a consumer, full protection. In the unlikely event that OperaTravel fails due to financial difficulty and your trip can no longer go ahead, you will be entitled to a refund if you are yet to travel. If you have booked a flight inclusive trip and the destination has already been reached, then a return flight will be arranged.
